Christmas is around the corner, and a favourite treat for friends and family is traditional Ham. Allow for 150 to 200 grams per person and choose Ham with an even colour. If the ham is in a bag, ensure the seal is tight.

Another great Christmas tradition are delicious cherries and there are plenty available at your local supermarket or greengrocer thanks to excellent growing conditions and prices are good.

Seafood is another great choice for the festive season and you can't go past Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon. The pristine waters of the southern ocean produce some of the world's best salmon. BBQ, grill, steam or bake and serve with a summer salad or vegetables.
